01 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

A useful next step.
Wherever you are now.

Start small, explore a difficult concept, or build the foundation behind it.

03 / MAKE THE DECISION

A real question.
The complete why.

No sign-in needed for this sample. Choose an answer, then unpack the reasoning—including the alternatives.

The goal is to understand what makes the response fit. A missed answer gives you a specific concept to revisit.

How these mocks differ from the official exam

The official EMT exam uses calibrated computerized adaptive testing. In our fixed 120-question practice model, the difficulty target adjusts after every five answers; the served band depends on availability. This is not the official CAT algorithm, and practice results do not predict certification success. Explanations become available after the attempt ends.

CHECKABLE BY DESIGN

The reasoning should come with a trail.

Use these resources alongside your EMT course, skills training and current local protocols.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you begin.

Is EMT Exam Practice free?

All 300 available exercise questions and the available study resources are free during launch. No card is required. Future paid plans are coming soon; prices have not been announced.

Are full-length practice tests available?

5 of 5 full mocks are currently available. Visit the mock catalog to choose an available exam.

Will my practice be saved?

Submitted practice responses are saved. Guest history is linked to this browser’s secure cookie; signed-in history follows your account. Clearing that cookie removes access to guest history. Guest attempts do not automatically merge on sign-in. The sample above is not saved.

Does a score tell me whether I will pass the NREMT?

No. Your practice results describe your work here, not official readiness or a certification outcome. EMT Exam Practice is independent of the National Registry.

What if I am just starting—or trying again?

Start with one domain and foundation questions. Review the explanation for each answer, use the study guide for concepts that need more attention, then return to focused practice. You can choose the difficulty that fits your study session.
